| Funny thing about law school. It's kinda like
having a job that lasts about 14-16 hours a day! Because, you see, I
get to school by 9 AM, then I get home around 6:30, then I study until
around 1 AM, sleep for a few hours, then get up the next morning and do it
again.
For clarification, I am not complaining one bit. I love New York. I love school. I love the my classes. It's all turned out to be a great time. As I have said in previous journals, I have met some really great people while I've been here. Today, on the way back from class, we passed a bar that was having a special on Happy Hour margarita's, so three of us stopped and grabbed a table outside. About 5 minutes later, one of our friends was walking home towards the subway, and we said, "Hey, come have a drink! It's Happy Hour!" So, basically, we study hard and play hard. My friend is coming in from out of town this weekend for Labor Day, so that should be a pretty good time. Besides that, things are pretty busy. Surprise!! I am doing laundry tonight and working on torts. I am outta here. |
