| I saw the premiere of The Blair Witch Project
last night. I'm still reeling from the experience. By far, one of the best
horror films ever made. I don't want to talk about it too much, in the fear I may ruin it
for someone. Let me just tell you that the movie is like watching someone go insane.
It's so real. Unmistakenly real. When the theater emptied, people were
so weak from fear that you could see them physically struggle to walk at times. |
| If you're going to see a movie this
weekend...this should be the one. It's worth paying full price for. In fact, I would
highly suggest you try to catch the late show. Kinda adds to the fear factor.
I'll write more about it on Mondy for those people who want the weekend to see it first. I went to Locanda last night (a quiet little Italian place). We had the Bruchetta to begin with. It's toasted Italian bread, with mozerella cheese and tomatos. Very good. Save one thing: the garlic. I still smell like it this morning, and can't seem to get the taste out of my mouth. No matter how hard I try. That's the one thing I don't like about Italian food. For the most part, however, the experience was pretty cool. Nice dinner, nice environment, nice date. The weekend, so far, is pretty empty. I think it will probably consist of doing laundry. Something I don't always get around to. Sometimes it just backs up so much that I just need to break down and go to a laundry mat to get it all done. I can't wait until I make enough money to send all my clothes out to be laundered (just like college). Kidding. That's all for now. I have to do some work. I might pop back in to write a bit more later.
