This week has been full of excitement. We are getting into the teens as far as the days left of school are concerned. If nothing else excites me, that does. English class was a killer this week. We had a 2 page argumentative essay due as well as a test on the 17th century English literature. The paper wasn't too hard, the test was harder though. I got a 90 on the test and a 100 on my paper. I decided to do my paper on Internet Filtering. At school, we have Bess, which is a form of filter. IT SUCKS! It won't let you into anything. Anything that has any potential of being contraversial it will deny you access. This makes it hard if you want to learn anything, because 99% of the past was contraversial (Hitler, racism.....). It is the stupidest filter ever and I would like to talk to the person who is in charge of it and tell them that to their face. So, anyways, I had to work last Saturday and Sunday, spend all Monday night working on my paper, Tuesday night reading poems and biographies from my English book to study for my test on Wednesday. Worked Wednesday night, and guess what, didn't do anything on Thursday night. Well, I shouldn't say that. I spent time with my best friend that I talked about in previous journals since I haven't seen him for a couple weeks.

For the past week, I have been going through this radio crisis. I spend alot of my time listening to the radio, mostly while I am doing something else. Anyways, there is the top 40 station that I usually listen to. Then, there is another Top 40 station that just started, but it really isn't the top 40. More like the top 40 minus the BSB, N'Sync, etc. Then there is the alternative station that I listened to sometimes that they changed to urban. Now, I can't stand it. So, it has kinda been a toss up between the 2 top 40 stations. The owner of the one is very very rich, so they are always holding contest giving away money and cars, etc. I think that is the only reason that it is still living. Anyways, I am sure that none of you really care.
